On June 25, Professor Ju Gwang-hyeok from Yonsei University (QS #48) and Professor Choi Yu-mi from Ewha Womans University (QS #488) visited Guilin University and were appointed visiting professors.

President Wu Guoquan welcomed the experts and noted that their specialties in satellite engineering and digital interaction design closely match the university's priority disciplines. Both professors praised Guilin University's industry-education approach and voiced interest in sustained cooperation.

After the appointment ceremony, two lectures were delivered: Professor Choi spoke on cultural experience in Korean design, while Professor Ju addressed AI and space exploration.

This visit marks a key milestone in Guilin University's international strategy. Future cooperation will focus on joint research, faculty exchanges, and student mobility programs.
